Welcome to Walts Writing! I am an English Professor committed to helping people feel more confident about what and how they write. I specialize in helping high school students with their college application essays. I spent over a decade teaching at the college level and have served on numerous committees. I know what it takes to make an essay move to the "Yes!" pile. I also know the tired tricks that make readers groan out of despair.
